Manufacturing Coordination & Production
ANFIBREGE coordinates production resources and processes according to each product, construction and order. We follow up on materials, workmanship, dimensions, appearance and other key quality requirements. Particular attention goes to carrying approved sample standards through to bulk production, with timely checks and communication along the way.

Quilting is arranged to suit the product construction and specified workmanship.
Sewing
Attention to dimensions, construction, stitching and finishing details.
Finishing
Finished products are checked and prepared for the next stage.
Inspection

Quality Control Throughout the Process
Quality control does not begin at final inspection. We pay attention to the checkpoints that affect consistency—from approved samples and specifications through production to pre-shipment review. The actual checks are tailored to each product, order and customer-approved standard.
Pre-Production Review
Before production, we confirm approved samples, specifications, materials, construction, packaging and the key quality points set out in the order.
In-Process Checks
During production, we follow dimensions, stitching, filling, appearance and critical workmanship as appropriate for the product.
Pre-Shipment Review
Before shipment, finished goods, needle detection where applicable, labels, packaging and carton packing are reviewed against the order requirements.
